Dr. Rich, his nurse Lacy and his administrative staff are all very personable and willing to share your issues in a language you can understand. I was having severe pain in my lower back and radiating down both legs. Dr Rich, after exhausting all alternatives, recommended spinal surgery. I had two stabilinks placed on my spine along with bone graphs. It was same day surgery. I no longer have pain in my back and am walking without using a walker. I would highly recommend Dr Brian Rich to anyone having back pain. He and his staff deserve recognition for their professionalism and their talents.
I could not have asked for a better experience.

The best staff in Southlake, TX you could ask for! Dr Rich is a very personable, knowledgeable, caring physician! The severe foot/ankle pain is being dealt with as I write this! Soon to be gone where I can walk & stand on my foot to resume a normal life again!!
If you have severe pain, go see him in either office best for you. Highly recommended!

Dr. Rich and his staff are wonderful. I am 76 , I was is severe pain. Dr Rich diagnosed my compression fractures and with his procedures he has reduced my pain from 7_8 to 2-3 .his treatments have reduced pain in my knees, hips and my overall pain level is minimal. I just started my journey of chronic severe pain control. He was extraordinary in assessing my MRI, all the nerves to that painful area, how he could help block that pain signal to my brain & have somewhat a normal life of less or no pain. I did the trial procedure & Oh my goodness. ! It worked. Now we have a plan of action to go with! The Rep’s, the office staff, & CRNA all were professionals that care! Yes, I recommend Dr Rich for chronic pain issues!!

Dr Rich has been treating me since June 2022. I am so pleased. My pain lever has dropped immensely.
